MORGANTOWN BOOT PARTY YAY
Umm…Deion Sanders’ tutelage seems to be paying off for Noel Devine. He’s even throwing parties for total strangers! Boot parties, that is.

Yay! Boot Party!
This is all alleged, and no charges have been filed yet, but it’s not an encouraging sign. The good news is that if the WVU police arrest him, they’ll have to catch him first. We’ve seen that that chase scene will look like, and it won’t be an easy one. Devine runs like he’s got an unquenchable thirst for gold coins. rings.

Isn’t this about time for a Bowden-esque “boys will be boys” moment? After all, WVU is where Bowden cultivated his slack method of discipline, which with Sanders in Morgantown has brought the Bowden effect full circle…the fact that I can see this means something…not sure what.

#3 – Hasn’t O basically prevented Florida fans from mocking FSU’s disciplinary methods with his signature line regarding Urban, concluding that every other school that disciplines their players for misconduct is being, “harsh?”
I mean, Florida fans talking about FSU disciplinary methods since Meyer rolled into Gainesville is like the pot and the kettle having a vigorous debate over which is blacker.
Besides, you are playing in BCS bowls and the Creminoles are playing in Emerald Bowls, so go pick on someone your own size like Georgia.
Of course, all you will be able to mock them for are petty automobile offenses and MIPs, for the most part.

Hey, we get the occasional “6-on-1 fight with scholarship player peeing on beat down victim ” at UGA, too.

We haven’t had a Fulmer Cup point in quite awhile, surprising even to me. Louis Irrizary and Ira Guilford may have been the last and they were kicked off the team back in 2004 or 2005. Like always, we are underachieving.

Coop @ #6: Alright, I’ll leave the cretinoles alone, for now…but I did mention UGA in the next thread…although I didn’t specify my almost arrest on the fair streets of Athens, it was truly in keeping with the highest and best of what Georgia has to offer.

I need to read others’ replies more closely, because I did not catch that you were under the impression that Deion was hanging out in Morgantown, WVa and involving himself in gang fights.
I mean, how do you draw that conclusion, and don’t you think a couple of media outlets would have picked that up by now?
I mean, I am confident that Deion still keeps up with Devine, but I would have had trouble believing that his commitment was so great to his “protege,” that he was traveling up to Morgantown and gang stomping 19 year olds.

Right-tOSU just saves its best for in-season:
“Ohio State quarterback Antonio Henton, 20, was arrested Monday night in a prostitution sting and charged with soliciting an undercover female police officer . . .”
The article also points out the salient fact that “Henton was the first Ohio State football player arrested since April 2006, when offensive tackle Alex Boone was charged with drunken driving.”
They can’t keep up with the Illini off the field, either.

Crabapple, WF’nVa had fewer Fulmer points last year than Michigan did. (Michigan did kick most of the offenders off the team, one of which returned only after he was acquitted; likewise Arrington’s situation was murky, considering his girlfriend who he was charged with hitting insisted that nothing had happened and the charges were bogus, but then again abused women do say those things sometimes).
Also, OSU had Fulmer points in 2006. Neither Michigan nor West Virginia had points that year.

coop @#16: I was looking for that one nugget that would tie the whole miasma together into a “truth stranger than fiction” sense…Neon Deion illustrating the proper method of applying boot to stranger…although I agree that violence was never Deion’s MO, I am always one to pile on anything that can belittle or diminish anything reFSU.
Is the Globe still in Athens? And the Georgia Bar? My wasted and almost arrested times at and around those locales always involved Chi O’s. Man, its been years…such sweet memories…
