NICK SABAN’S AGENT CONTACTED WEST VIRGINIA?
No fucking way: West By God Virginia is suggesting that WVSports.com (Rivals’ WVU board) is reporting that Nick Saban’s agent contacted West Virginia about the opening left by Rich Rodriguez’s departure.
4 million dollars buys you dick these days.
EDIT/UPDATE/ETC. WBGV reported this first, no WVSports, who confirmed the story, most likely from the same source. As with any of these stories, be ever skeptical, but with Petrino’s rain of back-daggers on Tuesday, perhaps Nick Saban and agent felt the need to flex their skills just to show the new kid in town who the real tiger-style master is.

The best Saban shirt I saw at the SEC Championship was my LSU buddy’s which said, front: $ABANATION: $UBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE and on the back showed the different states he jumped from and DOLLAR NICK: WHO’S NEXT? … I guess it’s looking like that shirt could be pretty prescient.
What a flaming cunt he is (yes I realize that cunt is for awful women, but no other word seems to fit his level of douchebaggery.)

That’s true … very sad and pathetic. Kind of like the girl who still – 2 years later – talks about her ex boyfriend and the *damage* he did when he cheated on her and dumped her for someone who doesn’t call 12 times a day. Not that I know any girls like that … really.

I dont think WVU can out bid Nick Saban…if Nick wanted to buy the university and call it Nick Saban University(which I am sure he can), West Virginia couldnt stop him, and I am sure they cant pony up the cash flow, no matter how many second mortgages they get on their trailers

90k people at a scrimmage! No, there aren’t any fruit cakes there. The thing about the Bama nation is they don’t realize times have changed, there will never be another Bear. Heck, there were rumblings when he lost like 5-6 bowl games, I’d have to look it up to be sure of the number. If he was alive today and coaching, he couldn’t duplicate what he did back then. He was a great coach, and his ability to adjust offensively and defensively was his greatest ability. But the game is different today.

What you people fail to realize is that Bama’s back….and we really really really really mean it this time….and not in the SI Brody Croyle edition……we are really back back back back….for real tho’…I’m serial….
The Madden Curse is real, and so is the Sports Illustrated Curse…..we havent done anything since they ran that damn “Bama’s Back” edition….only thing we’ve been “Back” in is firing, hiring, firing and searching and then hiring(even with on a temp basis, and by “temp” I mean 3yrs) a half way decent coach….with a “so called” wandering eye….
Which agent is more like “Ari Gold”…Boras or Sexton….es mas macho…..Senor Boras or Senor Sexton….

20k people show up: “Your fan support is terrible, you have the highest paid coach in the country and no one showed up to watch him in the spring game!”
Miami Dolphins go 1-15: “See how bad Saban was? His last team failed miserably!”
Miami Dolphins go 15-1: “See how bad Saban was? As soon as he left the team got better!”
I should get some shirts made up that just say that Alabama is the Antichrist, and that we intend to rape women and children, beat up nuns, and tear tags off of mattresses. It’d save us some trouble and maybe put us in a more positive light.

This is bs, Jimmy Sexton is the agent for a ton of coaches, including Terry Bowden. They can say “Saban’s agent called WVU”, and technically be correct. No chance of him leaving for WVU, or anywhere else for that matter. Like or not, you are going to have to deal with Sweet Nicky in Tuscaloosa for a good while. Nice try, though.

The more I read about Jimmy Sexton, the more I would like to be reincarnated as Jimmy Sexton…..I would have a field day, just calling around to different jobs on someones behalf, calling in anonomously to Talk Radio, leaking info , starting rumors, scaring fans and boosters alike, making shit up about what your school is willing to offer my client vs what it will take, off the record, to make this deal happen, having meetings that never “happened”, making boosters really dig deep down in their pocketbooks to write a check to get a winner, working my clients so I get a higher cut and percentage when I surpass their expectations on total amounts of bonus money, even if the coach doesnt win a game, ya know, stuff like that…..

All I’m saying is after the story broke a few weeks ago that Fran was trying to leave Bama for KANSAS before he left for A&M I think Bama has to look at itself in the mirror.
It is possible that Saban now has all the money he wants and would like to coach somewhere he can be seen in public without being mobbed. Somewhere he and his wife can have a life. Maybe he would like to have time for that shit?

Well, one thing is for sure…The SEC is strong, and all I see if coaches dying to get in, and the ones that get fired go to another SEC school where a spot was made open for them….This year, I think the coaching lineup is as strong as it has ever been in the SEC….if LSU can pull this off, that means the conference can add one more “Coach with a MNC” on his resume….
bringing the total to 5 out of 10 coaches that have won National Championships…..thats pretty competitive, plus Mark Richt will more than likely get one if he can get past Auburn and Fla next yr…

Lest ye forget….if there isnt a Manning at QB, we dont count Ole Miss for that year, and from my view, your they are all outta Mannings for at least 20 yrs…
The Rebels improved their on-field record against Alabama to just 8-41-2. Ole Miss received a forfeit win over Alabama in 1993. But four of Mississippi’s on-field wins over Alabama have come with a Manning at quarterback and the family, including Peyton Manning while at Tennessee, is 7-3 as starters against
the Crimson Tide….but if Eli decided to come back, I’d take my chances against him again….
