Orson Swindle and Stranko Montana are two men pushing thirty who should know better than to run a college football blog, but evidently don't. Both graduated from the University of Florida, and both agree that college football is far too important to be left to the professionals.

Orson: I know you hate golf, but you must read this short piece about Boo Weekley. He is like Coach O and Houston Nutt combined. If my description doesn’t convince you, how about this: it contains orangutan fighting. http://www.golfdigest.com/magazine/2007/12/myshot_weekley

Even for a Rebel fan it’s sad to see him go. Firing Coach O was like George shooting Lenny in Of Mice and Men - heartbreaking, but it’s the only right thing to do.
AHMMA GONNA TEN DEM RABBITS (bang!)

My favorite thing about Coach O speak is that it’s absolutely impossible to read it without verbally sounding it out. The looks my roommates give me as I whisper the words to myself are priceless in and of themselves.

Damn I’m gonna miss both Coach O and Coach Nutt. Two of the most entertaining personalities in the whole NCAA. I would NEVER want Franchione or Jackie Sherrell back, but these two yokels would be welcome at any school save Auburn.
Get that cold fish Urban Meyer out of here if you have to, but give my boys Coach O and Houston another chance!

Goodbye, Coach O
While I never knew you at all
You were the only fun thing
About Ole Miss football
You stood before your players
And you ripped your shirt in two
They took the field and choked
A two-score lead to MSU
And it seems to me you coached your team
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing who to turn to
When fourth down set in
I would’ve liked to have known you
When you were at USC
This song is just a joke, of course,
Please don’t come kill me
And yawyawyawyawyawYAWWWWyaw
But I was just a kid
Your talent blew up long before
Brent Scaheffer’s ever did.
