Umm, is your secondary coach really named Doc Holliday? Does he just have the DB’s and safeties say things like “I’m your huckleberry,” and “I have not yet begun to defile myself?”

Allow me to counterpoint that – oh dear god no!

by peachy on Oct 25, 2007 2:08 PM EDT reply actions

I just hear the voice saying “swing and a miss” every time he tries to tackle.

by Mack10zie on Oct 25, 2007 2:11 PM EDT reply actions

Yay!

A safety that MoMass won’t fall down at the site of!

Major wrong.

I keep thinking that he will step up. Jacksonville kids have always played well for Florida in this game (Fee Bartley, McClendon,Blackshear,Gaffney, Sheppard, Guss Scott, jeff Chandler)
Here is to a wing and a prayer playing center field for the gators.

I agree, it’s a bigtime game for everyone but the guys from the Jacksonville area take it to another level. By all accounts Kyle is a good guy so hopefully he is able to step up. If not Tebow and James are also from that area so hopefully we’ll light up the scoreboard.

Will Georgia punt to Brandon? Everyone else seems dumb enough to so I say why not?

Oh good, this totally makes up for the Shockley injury.

..damnit.

Safeties coach Doc Holliday? What felonious past is this gentleman hiding from, Orson?

by SmoothJimmyApollo on Oct 25, 2007 2:29 PM EDT reply actions

This is going to sound insane, and may in fact be a sign of the onset of dementia, but I have a good feeling about this game. I’ve been pretty confident all week that Georgia will win.

Knowshon.

Through hole.

Into secondary.

All the way.

Kyle Jackson reminds me of a Kicker trying to make that last futile attempt at stopping a kick return touchdown. He wants to make it look like he tried, but he is definitely not all in.

MoMass has actually laid some guys out with some monster blocks this year. Which is odd considering his somewhat…reedy….physique, but the skinny bastard seems pretty pissed off these days.

by Bobby Decatur on Oct 25, 2007 2:45 PM EDT reply actions

Knowshon spent the off week getting accustomed to “banging into” 200 pounders who can’t tackle, so he should be ready.

Might be the booze.

I know I’m already getting rip-roarin’ drunk for the game. Tends to inflate my ego and thoughts about UGA’s chances.

Put a helmet on one of Tebow’s 125 lb ‘pipe-choker’ turds and play it at safety….won’t matter…UGA’s receivers are bound to drop 50% of Stafford’s passes ‘on the numbers’ and the other 50% of the time they will trip and fall. D backfield isn’t necessary against the Dawgs.

I dunno, everyone jumped on the talent quality in those pics because of COURSE the next series was a countertop gangbang that Orson wouldn’t post because it was NSFW. But I saw a white kid from Texas and a black kid from Jersey roadtripping and raising some old fashioned college kid hell while they had a chance to during a bye week. The less pressure and the less expectation a couple of 19 year olds carry into a game like this, the better. Sorry that it wasn’t a covey of Jenn Sterger lookalikes, but I don’t think Knowshon and Stafford gave a flying fuck.

Rival,

I learned during the Tennessee game that I can appreciate the humor of a horribly played game, so if I’m wrong I can always laugh at Georgia’s ineptitude.

BR

Whatever happens, I’ll just blame Martinez (even though holding FU to 14 last year was awesome) and then send Will Muschamp more flowers.

Jackson may be a nice guy. I am a nice guy, but I can’t fly the space shuttle. I can try my best to fly it, but it just ain’t going to work. If I was put in the pilot’s seat of the shuttle, the folks in the ISS would starve to death and would have a good laugh as I blew past them on my way to the moon at Mach 20….just like the receivers laugh at Jackson as they blow past him.

  1. - don’t forget Anthone Lott’s very fortuitous time out that called back what would have been a game winning UGA touchdown. I’m pulling for Kyle to have a solid game – he seems like a good kid and I want him to do well. Plus we really need to continue our Vick-like treatment of the Bulldogs.

#8: Sorry, I’m not satisfied yet. At the very least, Tebow’s gonna have to come down with the clap sometime in the next 24 hours for us to be even.

by Doug on Oct 25, 2007 4:09 PM EDT reply actions

Doug, Tebow has to come down with the clap and Joe Tereshinkiknkiki III has to play for the Gators. Then we’ll be even.

Well you’ve already played Kentucky, and you don’t play yourselves, so……do you really even need a safety anymore?

by Pants McPants on Oct 25, 2007 4:38 PM EDT reply actions

Can we maybe have KJ wear no. 1 so that he reminds MoMass of Reggie Fucking Nelson knocking the stomach acid out of him? Fear is our only weapon.

We are Do0M3D! UGa has already scouted our defense, and come up with an unstoppable game-plan. I just found this on Mark Richt’s desk…

@ 11:
I had that feeling the whole entire week before AU beat UF earlier this season. Good luck with that, but beware- that feeling of clairvoyance has really fucked me prison-style this season, because I have had positive or negative feelings about all the games this season and have been right about all of the AU games except the LSU game, and we all know that that game was all AU until the end…
too bad my clairvoyance knows one bound- I can pick winners, but not winners against the spreads……..

No Fran joke on the injury info? I’m disappointed.
