Is now the right time to say something about ‘UGA fans’ and ‘digging out old voodoo dolls,’ or would it be more appropriate to assume that said voodoo dolls were never put away in the first place?
Oh, and because it seems to be the done thing, CLICK-CLACK!

Oh, don’t forget:
8. The Pac-10 has had nine conference champions* or co-champions in the last eleven years. However, the SEC is the conference in which teams fight tooth and nail to beat other schools seen by outsiders as mediocre.
* The only team not to share in this honor is, of course, North Nogales Vocational School and Tire Shoppe, whose last share in the championship was 1993.

Keep up the good fight, Erik — these folks aren’t ones to let little ol things like facts get in the way of subjective, ignorant opinions though, so you’ve probably got a long road ahead of you on this one.

Yes, it’s definitely reasonable to look at one data point to the exclusion of all others. That’s a good solid way of doing things. When in doubt, just state your opinions as fact; that’s good too. I very much approve, and I’m glad I could give you a head start.

58:
The Pac-10 plays less defense than the SEC or ACC, and about the same level as the Big Ten and Big XII. Also, it’s generally pretty correct to say that the Pac-10 is USC, generic BCS contender number 2, and a good bet to win one of the middle/major bowl games. It looks like they’re having a stronger than average year this year.
I think Florida made the very real point against Ohio State last year about the kind of defense that gets played in the SEC and, to a lesser or greater extent depending on the year, the ACC. It’s a hell of a lot tougher than any other conference.

God I wish that team would stop embarrassing my conference.
At least the Pac-10 will silence some doubters for about three hours until everybody forgets and I get to read more asshattery.
For everyone’s convenience, just stick these general talking points together to save you some time on your inaccurate Pac-10 thoughts.
1. The Pac-10 doesn’t play defense.
2. The Pac-10 can’t run the ball.
3. The Pac-10 has crappy special teams.
4. The Pac-10 is just [PICK TWO: USC, UCLA, CAL] and a bunch of nobodies.
5. The Pac-10 doesn’t play anybody.
6. The Pac-10 is soft.
7. The Pac-10 doesn’t even have very good passing offenses; they’re just matched against terrible defenses.

CLICK TO THE MOTHER F’N CLACK was that an ass kicking. I have just returned from Norman, Ok…basking in the glow of the ACC’s shame. And what do I have to return to? The news that Meeeechigan is getting abused…again. Ohio State actually had to compete with Akron. Oh, life is indeed a great cornucopia of flippin’ sweetness.

Has anyone started talking about a Curse of the Dead Schembechler? They’ve lost every game since he died. Has it been by more points each game?

Some select quotes on this very site last week from Michigan fans after getting embarrased by App State.
Does anybody really want to be Oregon next week?
I would say definitively, YES.
Oregon should seriously consider staying on the team bus next Saturday.
Well, they could’ve got back on it at halftime, because the game was over by then.
It’s all been covered except Oregon gets to eat dick next week.
Ass. Showing.

Is that legendary Duke and Washington Redskins coach Steve Spurrier? What ever happened to him after he left the Blue Devils…I always wondered…I can’t feel bad about M*ch1gAAn. They have more wins than any other football team in NCAA history, it’s about time they fell on some hard times. This does look TERRIBLE for the Big T11en, though.

I’m saving any smack talk until Florida wins tonight, then, let loose.
But give credit to Oregon, they may have the butt-ugliest uniforms, but they came to play and showed no respect to Michigan…
