Posted in another thrad BDoc, but thanks for the pub. The word is it might not be a felony, but only a misd. In fact, it wouldn;t surprise me if charges were dropped.

I also read that Mitchell’s suspension may be lifted because he actually dropped the class that he was accused of not going to, but athletic dept messed up the paper work. Yes Coop, this is mighty convenient.
