Quite a conundrum. Listen to Phil Steele or play NCAA 08.

I have been hooked since Blue Horseshoe advised me to go in big on Endicott.

I lost my Phil Steele. I’m bleeding out of the side of my stomach as I type this . . .

Wow, awesome, if only i could listen to the show live. Sadly i’ll have to wait for the podcast when i get back from debauchery in Vegas. Hopefully it will go better for me than IO a few weeks back. Should be a VHT episode tho

I am not ready, but I do have this anecdote:
Me: “Are you ready for some college football?”
Friend: “Always!”
Me: “No.”
Friend: “I’m…not?”
Me (while holding up Phil Steele guide): “This will help you get ready.”
Friend: “Ohhhh.”
In retrospect I should have given it to him then. My mistake.

a) Why has NCAA 2008 not come out on Wii? Madden 2008 is (I’ve got it pre-ordered, since it’s my only football option), and they’re by the same people. Stop denying me my NCAA footbawl, dammit.
b) You know, I’ve instantly developed a liking for this man after seeing that picture. Go Dawgs!

Of course The Steele has a rockin’ stache.
This Tuesday is gonna rule.

If you liven up the show a bit maybe ill watch. Jeez, the Stewart Mandel segment nearly took my will to live. How ’bout some forced argumentative elements that ESPN is so fond of these days; I like when people yell at each other.

:COMPLETELY UNRELATED:
Upright Citizens Brigade has reminded me how fucking genious it is. Thats all.

That picture, of course, means that Georgia is going to win the MNC this year. These are cosmic forces beyond your control, gentlemen.

Holly, stating the obvious question, yet simultaneously blowing my mind.
Wow, just wow..

Anyone that predicts the Cocks as co-champs in the SECE can’t be all bad… either that or they’re crazier than a sack of rabid weasels- which is also ok in my book.

Whoa! So that’s what became of the actor who played the dude that got serviced by the tranny in “Bachelor Party”.

Has there ever been a more reassuring thumbs-up? I suspect there has not.

Does Phil Steele have time for this shit?
BTW, he should be intro’d with Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man.”

What, no four questions for Phil? He may set the record for most f-in sirens in one show.

Alrighty, time to hit up the checklist.
1. Ample amounts of vodka: check.
2. NCAA ’08 reserved: check.
3. EDSBS hotline programmed into the phone: check.
Looks like I might actually call in. Tuesday is the new Friday.

Noted Anthropologist Jay Whitlow (my thesis advisor) advised investing in steel. He had this huge hariy dog on his face- could post the picture on wednesday.

I’m going to start hooking my thumb into the front pocket like Phil. It just screams good breeding.

“Needs a new t-shirt”? Not saying someone’s fashion challenged, but that shirt has a collar = formal wear in Athens. T-shirts = no collar. Happy f-ing Monday everyone.
