Different strokes for different folks–I was just taking issue with the claim that I can’t appreciate some sort of painfully plain but still beautiful sideline reporter, because there’s some sort of ideal that she doesn’t measure up to. I think what is most beautiful about Southern coeds is that they don’t look like models–at least, not the ones I was into. In other words, I don’t particular like the “beautiful” types, and I also don’t care for EA. End of story.

Doug–I thought a few weeks ago in one of your posts, you said that you thought Paris Hilton was hot, which left me quite a bit troubled. I would actually agree with your assessment, I think she is one of the nastier human beings on the planet.

To that end, Doug, I think you could also add the media to that group that finds her attractive.

So EA isn’t hot because she doesn’t compare to Southern college coeds? That may be an even more impossible standard than “TV hot”. Any idea what EA looked like in college?

And the buffets in Oklahoma City are still recovering from Holly Rowe’s presence during the softball championships.

The bottom line is this–when I was in Athens and going to all the games, I wouldn’t have noticed Erin Andrews had she been on the sidelines. There was much better eye candy in the stands, and tailgating outside the stadium.

And if that’s not (or wasn’t) the case for you, you picked the wrong school.

And, for the record, I don’t much care for women that society seems to think are good-looking. My fantasy women are women like Sarah McLachlan or Kate Winslet, not women like Paris Hilton or Angelina Jolie.

I’m not “acting like I’m unimpressed” because EA doesn’t measure up to some ideal, I’m just unimpressed because she’s pretty average.

#22: You are right about Lindsay Soto. She’s way hot and she projects a nice and enthusiastic personality.

I have to laugh at Michelle T for pouring beer out of the luxury suite. I think sitting in those things just brings out distain for the “common rabble” in the rest of the stadium (even though nearly all of them are actually paid for by the public via tax write-offs)

Congrats. Mind the handoff from doctor to child, lest Derrick Harvey or Jarvis Moss intercept the baby.
