The Yang to our previous yin, therefore, is this Friday's Cheesecake: Paula Garces, the lovely actress born in Medellin and who starred in Harold & Khumar Go To WhiteCastle.

Very, very nice…you also may know her for her role on The Shield. Penultimate epi this past season showed her earning $14….the hard way. Though I don’t think any actual money changed hands.

Shamefully 20, I did, the last 5 minutes with a little reminder in the opening of the season finale. I cried a little for her because she was ashamed of her actions and actually realized the true character of Dutch as a man.
Also, I was thinking the other day about cheesecake, and since Wednesday and Friday are taken, I wondered if TCOAN, couchburningirl, PSUgirl and the others would want a special day of their own for treats from south of the border, e.g., something along the lines of “Thursday’s Brazil Nuts”.
