BUSY AS A DOG WITH THREE BALLS. HERE, HAVE SOME TRICK PLAYS.
We are as busy as the dog with the three balls a-today, but please accept our apologies. We're sure Stranko can cook up some cheesecake for the afternoon which, as stated in our official policies, will be something attractive and Latina, since we've adopted the Ladies Of Univision as our official cheesecake providers.
In the meantime, please amuse yourself with the following video of Florida's outstanding array of gadget plays this year. If you don't realize that Verne Lundquist really, really loves college football after listening to his exclamations in this clip, you have no soul. (HT: Gatorsports.)

Is it me or does Tate Casey only get open on trick plays when the other team is fooled?

The “pistol w/ a bayonet” no longer applies . Florida’s Off ended up playing like a ak-47, w/ a bayonet, w/ radar-guided missles that seek out and destroy secondaries populated by those obviously not from the “speed state” ,as dickface corso says.

Aren’t you glad Urban Meyer allowed Coach Wally Riggendorf to call those plays this year?

I guess I never realized how often Verne says “HOW ABOUUUT THATTT!”

Two favorite parts of that video…Verne’s “HOW…DO…YOU…DO!” after the fake punt and the stunned looks on the faces of the LSU defenders after the Tebow to Murphy TD…you could almost read in their expressions that they were looking for someone to blame for that defensive breakdown as long as it wasn’t themselves…lol.

I love how a trick play under the UF offense is when the QB throws the ball.

Is it me, or did Percy Harvin outrun Mick Hubert’s thoughts?

Man some of you guys are some bitter souls.
Seems as though we end-arounded, one handoffed our way to a national title.

For some reason I envison a scene where Albert knocks on the door of Brutus’s house, and as he opens it Verne shouts “how do you do?!?”. Then it cuts to a scene of a mangled Brutus in the kitchen with Albert eating a badass sandwich, and Verne yelling “how about that?!?”
Is it 5 o’clock yet?

Good stuff. That first play was literally taken right out of Al Borges’ playbook (see Auburn vs. Arkansas ’04), only it was executed much better by the Tigers… :)

How about that?
I didn’t realize every single UF game was on CBS.
Anytime Tebow throws a pass, it is a trick play.
How about that?
I hate Florida but I like your blog.

Tebow threw 35 passes this year, that highlighted…two.
But yeah, Tebow’s just a gimmick. Ol’ Urban Meyer, that trickster!! Tricking his way into a national title game!!
