Orson Swindle and Stranko Montana are two men pushing thirty who should know better than to run a college football blog, but evidently don't. Both graduated from the University of Florida, and both agree that college football is far too important to be left to the professionals.

And now, for my Wyclef impersonation: Shakira, Shakira.
Did I nail it or what?

man, give us moving pictures. like, say, the la tortura video which, although i remain mistified about why she appears to be covered with Castrol 10W-40, i am completely in agreement with what seems to be a message concerning the virtues of keeping a tidy kitchen.

Bless you for the Univision fix, which I begged for in my comment to your fashion design post.
Sure, you diabolically sap my will to live by the extended discussion of Project Runway, and just when I think there has been a gender coup d’etat in the EDSBS offices — BAM! — out comes the most eloquent pictorial argument in favor of immigration that I have ever seen.
Well played, sir.

Why are we fighting so hard to kick these people out of the country again?

Speaking of television, UConn just busted out the “great pick” ad again on ESPN. Morons.

Thanks for the odd grammatical construct. Isn’t it technically okay to write “a Univision”? Sorry for splitting… hey, where’d the hot women come from?

Allaha, laugh while you can. Eventually, a signifigant other will drag you into the Project Runway addictionand you will feel guilty for mocking the rest of us

Rob, it appears you have the gift of prophesy. I live primarily in Argentina, and there has recently been a wave of US television shows produced in and for the Latin American market (e.g., Latin American Idol) as well as shows (e.g., America’s Top Model) that simply use sub-titled translations. PR cannot be far behind, assuming it has not already arrived. Once my girlfriend discovers these shows, I too will sink into that population knowledgeable about couture.
The price we are willing to pay for “services” . . .

ditto in peru, allaha. but that’s the price we pay for not having to listen to joe theismann on monday nights.

kleph — you’re right: suddenly the price of watching PR does not seem so high.

re: grammarical errors
As a writer and a half-Spaniard, I can explain the thinking or if not, editing choices here.
In español, the U in Univision is not pronounced ‘You’ it’s pronounced as ‘Ooh’.
Therefore an Oohnivision is correct.
My sincerest apologies to those of you who are watching College Football in Español. Germanic announcing is the only real way to watch football not in English.

bah, take your ‘ustedes’ and trilly ‘r’s and begone, dogtown gator. we are talking south american spanish. or, more to the point, mexican spanish since thats where Univision and ESPN Desportes originates from.
