We actually ran a true double reverse (three hand-offs) against Wisconsin a few years back wih David Terrell. I remember watching it and thinking, “What the hell are we doing?!” because it seemed to take forever before we actually turned upfield. Then it went for a big gain, so I was ok with it. I haven’t seen it since, though I keep hoping Lloyd will bust it out again some day. It was a thing of beauty.

“Flea Flicker off the screen”?

Those guys are idiots. It was just a screen with a lateral. It would have been a flea flicker if the recepter of the lateral then attempted a pass, but that would have been illeagal after a forward pass has already been made.

Another galling failure could be the limpwristed attempt of a fake punt by Britton Colquitt at UF last year. Doesn’t come close to that hit in the Texas clip though, that shit hurts just to watch!
