PETRINO INKS NEW DEAL
In an effort to avoid any late night private plane trips to UCLA, Michigan or other major institution with an insatiably greedy fanbase (that offense better improve Urban!) in the near future, Louisville has re-upped Petrino's contract. The new deal pays Petrino a cool 1.6 Million next season (with incentives) with a million dollar bonus every three years he stays. Petrino would also have to pay the school between $250,000 and $1 million if he takes one of those late night plane rides.

I think they said only $500,000 buyout. I can see how this will end. Slam, Bam, Thank you Louisville Cardinals.

I don’t know if he’ll be here all 10 years but he will be here at least 5 more. In coaches years, thats like a hundred.
