Friday YouTube selection: a delicious sample of Texas Tech screening the hell out of Cal in the 2005 Holiday Bowl versus Cal.

Screens are full of vitamins and fiber, because they can run right through you.

Bonus silliness: a reminder of why living in Atlanta rulz. We're voting for Miss Angela, because she's the realest.

Enjoy your weekend, all.

I’m just gonna assume that Angela’s campaign is targeting white elderly citizens living in the suburbs?

You really have to click the “about the artist” link. “Pootah” is really the next generation of continued rapper excellency.

“Sending out an SOS from here to Los Angeles” in an election for GA Secretary of State? Shame on “Pootah” for encouraging voter fraud!

That Cal team only gave up 45 points to Texas Tech because their top 4 wide recievers were hurt.

2004 Holiday Bowl – Sonny Cumbie is he dinker and dunker. Last year, the Red Raiders barely got to double figures with Cody Hodges versus that vicious Bama D.
Red Raiders should go nuts this year with Graham Harrel, grab him in your fantasy league.
Oh yeah, I guess Angela couldn’t get MC Lyte or even Snow?

Playing defense for a Mike Leach-coached team is like playing Vincent Chase’s accountant on Entourage: no matter what the hell you do, you know in advance that the offense (Ari Gold) and to a lesser extent the special teams (Shauna) are going to get all the exposure and all the glory. You’re only going to show up on TV (and people are only going to think about you if something is really screwed up.

Pootah is a great name. The ATL is silly indeed.

Apparently, if you’re a Big 12/Pac-10 team and are upset about going to the Holiday Bowl instead of the BCS, you will lose the game.
 Washington State over texas
 Texas Tech over California
 Oklahoma over Oregon

The heavy metal emo soundtrack for Tech was pretty awful. Sorry, nothing about Texas Tech football warrants someone sounding that bunched-up…and Cal for a highlight? 10 years from now, when Cal is once again a Pac-10 bottom dweller, we’ll look back at the recent pre-season polls and laugh.

If you become remotely familiar with Atlanta politics, you’ll quickly learn that Miss Angela isn’t the only “public servant” guilty of that. Some of things that go on here would make Boss Tweed blush. I’d always thought it’d take another Nast to stop it, for the same reasons writing didn’t work in 1870’s NYC, but the rap is gives me new hope.

What rhymes with cronyism?

Regarding #13, I lost the hand of the lovely Angelina Jolie because I was upset about being asked to compete with Brad Pitt.

As for the video, I think the difference between Cal now and then is speed. That D was soun, but lacked for talent and had fairly pedestrian speed as a whole. Leach just took it to us that day, man that sucked
