FULMER CUP: HERD CHARGES!
Marshall breaks the tie for third like pros with a classic football player charge: disorderly conduct, expertly utilized by Ridge Corbin, an academic non-qualifier who was on pace to qualify and make the Herd’s roster this fall. One point will go to Marshall, whose small but persistent infractions edge them closer to what seemed like an unassailable lead for the Boilermakers. (HT: k00laid4tehHerd.)
(Should there be points for dumbass alumni association? Corbin’s arrest coincided with former Herdsman Dionte Wilson’s arrest for public intoxication, which could add a point for associating with the guy who’s still drinking around the non-qualifiers two years after he graduated. Discuss amongst yourselves, barristers.)

That cow/buffalo/green thingy looks mighty disorderly to us.

No points for dumbass alumni. Otherwise, you could just cancel the rest of the competition and have Marshall and WVU (Chris Henry, oy!) fight for the trophy UFC style.

Are we even sure Wilson graduated?

Were they arrested for the same incident? It doesn’t say in the article - I guess that’d be the big question. If they were, I think it falls under the Fightin’ in da Club class - disorderly conduct, public intoxication, obstructing a police officer - just screams “hey, pig, we own this joint, now gimme another beer.”
But I guess the two arrests could just be coincidence.

Wilson doesn’t just hang around drinking stupid. he was playing for that new team in huntington and from what i heard he was trying to help break up a fight in which he wasn’t even envolved and he wasn’t even drunk!
