63,000 ATTEND OSU SPRING GAME
And we were agog at 45,000 for a second-year coach...Cheatypants brings 'em in droves at OSU, which drew 63, 649 for their spring game on Saturday. The game turned into a bit of a low-scoring knuckledragger following Troy Smith's game-opening TD drive and subsequent headset duty, but the halftime entertainment was what everyone really turned out for anyway. Here’s another link to show the final tally of spring game attendance. Congrats to the Gators for their strong showing.

yeah, at PSU we only had 18K (not sure how they tally this as there are no tickets) – but it rained and rained and rained and rained – all day. The kids looked okay for the 15 minutes, or so that I saw. Tony completed some passes and Norwood was all over the place, but there was NO running game; eh, I’ll blame the rain. The weather was just miserable – we had a great tailgate though – breakfast, lunch and dinner. If I go to sleep right now, maybe it’ll be september when I wake up – drat, can’t sleep.
