LENDALE WHITE TO TURN PRO
In a move that is not entirely surprising, ESPN is reporting that Lendale White will be trying to parlay his huge Rose Bowl performance into big dollars. It is expected that White will declare for the NFL draft sometime today. So, when is Bush going to make it official????

I was telling my girlfriend during the pittsburgh game that White reminded me of Bettis in college. But then I thought better of it. Yeah, the guy is big and quick, but Bettis, even now, has some moves that I havent seen from White. That said, White could be the steal of the draft for some team – he is really good (although maybe not a top-five all-time rusher).

Some mock drafts I’ve seen have White going in the 25-30 area of the first round. I would say that is a steal. Bush gets tons of credit, and had a great college career. But does anyone remember how “amazing” and “can’t miss” Peter Warick was coming out of college? I see Bush as much the same thing…

Cutler will be the biggest steal of the draft. Maybe not a steal, as the scouts all know what most if the country never saw. He is, at worst, the #2 QB available this year. Place Young and Leinart wherever you wish in that ranking.

Cutler is the number 2 qb available in the draft? Apparently you haven’t been paying attention to the news lately and missed a little gem named Marcus Vick. Unless, of course, you were assuming he was the number 1 qb from the start.

Upon further conversation with the lady, it turns out that she doenst even like Bettis. She says we shouldn’t reward obesity with admiration. I say he’s awesome. All that weight might not be pure muscle, but at worst its mere fuscle.
