EDSBS POLL QUESTION

Judging by the responses to the poll, I’d say your readership borders on “alarmingly cynical.” All I have to say about that is: Thank god there are others like me.

It may not be cynicism or apathy. It may be that no one wants to reward lack of creativity exhibited in a such a question. A doofus for the AJC recently ran an opinion poll as to what nickname should be given to UGA’s defensive line. If that is all we have to discuss then we don’t need a newspaper every day. If this is all we have to discuss at EDSBS, maybe some days don’t need an update.

That said, I check the site daily.

Ouch! We’ll try to keep the creativity flowing here, we promise. Just trying to get a judge on the feeling out there now that Oklahoma has fallen from grace, since pre-season that was clearly the game of the week, if not year.

The poll’s also a guinea pig for a more…interesting project, Fecil. You’ll see.

The sad part is that the only matchup with undefeated teams – Cal vs. UCLA – is dead last. East coast bias! Or maybe it’s South coast bias. Either way, everyone hates the West coast.

Notre Dame’s bye week is critical however, as it will allow me time to gather and collage all of pictures of Brady Quinn without a shirt on.
