Dude is obviously overwhelmed, but claiming that it was just something for his close friends seems a wee bit disingenuous – isn’t that what email is for? Why go to all the trouble of obtaining the domain name & setting up the site when a simple email to your close friends would do?

I actually respect him bailing. He might have done it when he was pissed off and hot headed. After thinking about it, he didn’t want to do to Amato what the FireRonZook.com guy did to Ronny Z. He fueled things and make them dramatically hotter for Ron.

He was smart. He got out while the getting was good.

Zook DID suck, and DID need to be fired. But the guy with that web site did nothing but hurt UF.

BTW — I am the PROUD owner of a KeepRonZook.com T-shirt. It’s the same logo with different copy. It’s a riot.
