Tuesday’s Question over at CFN reveals a rising Purdue stock, with only one writer giving any love to unsung Iowa.

Orson Swindle and Stranko Montana are two men pushing thirty who should know better than to run a college football blog, but evidently don't. Both graduated from the University of Florida, and both agree that college football is far too important to be left to the professionals.

Here’s a rule I adhere to when it comes to deciphering college football analysis:
If the main justification for saying a team is going to go undefeated is that they have an easy schedule–instead of, say, that they are very talented or they have great coaches–then they are guaranteed to lose at least once.

It’s going to come down to who can beat Purdue with a passing game. That’s how we view the 2005 Purdue team…they are very solid but have been susceptible to good passing teams. It could be up to Quinn, Tate and Stanton to keep Purdue from going undefeated.

Purdue’s defense is usually tough, kind of the unsung hero of the team, at least compared to the offense.
Purdue seems to always self destruct down the stretch…I have them as underrated too, but they seem to disappoint anyone who is high on them.
Of course, I am an IU grad, so any Purdue failings don’t disappoint me one bit.
