The last time Florida played a regular season game outside of the South was.....1991 at Syracuse (loss)....before that, the last time the Gators ventured outside the South was...1983 at USC, a 19-19 tie. Of course, the Gators played two bowl games outside the South in that time--a loss to Nebraska (in Tempe) and a loss to Washington (in Anaheim). Not hating on the Gators, but just demonstrating how egregious the SEC is in this practice.
